Remove your information from Recruiter Autopilot.
Recruiters use Recruiter Autopilot to fill job openings. For a recruiter's open job order, it can search the public web for resumes that people posted as PDFs, and it keeps a few facts from the ones that fit. If yours was one of them, you can remove it here. You do not need an account, and you do not need to give a reason.
What we keep when we find a resume
- Name, email address, and phone number.
- Job titles, employers, dates, skills, education, and location.
- One short quoted line from the resume, used to show why it matched a job.
- The web address of the PDF and the date we found it.
We do not keep the PDF or its full text. We discard both once the facts are pulled out. A find is seen only by the recruiter whose search found it and the members of that recruiter's organization. It is never passed to other recruiters.
Remove yourself
Enter the email address or phone number on your resume, or the web address of the PDF. We check every account and our internal records.
What happens when you ask
- We delete you from every recruiter account's web finds and from our internal records of web finds.
- We add your email address, phone number, the address of the PDF, and a fingerprint of the file to a block list, so we never collect you again. The block list keeps nothing else about you.
- The form does all of this immediately. If you email us instead, we do it within one business day.
- A recruiter's own private notes about you stay with that recruiter, in the same way they would if the recruiter had found your resume themselves. You can ask that recruiter directly to delete them.
- We cannot take your resume down from the website where it was posted. That is up to you and that site.
Prefer email?
Write to [email protected] with the email address, phone number, or PDF address from your resume. We will remove you within one business day and confirm when it is done. The same address handles requests to see or correct what we hold.
